In celebration of Dr. Seuss Day, the Chester Rotary Club proudly gifted first graders with a book for their personal collection, upholding a valued tradition. Yes, that is Rotarian Sam I am!
The Rotary Club of Chester is involved in Reading Across American promoting literacy. We participate by purchasing books, gifting them to 1st grade elementary students, and reading to students. This event is held annually on March 2, Dr. Seuss's birthday. Chester Elementary, Lake Almanor Christian School, and Westwood Grammar School participate.
